Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:

The report is incomplete or missing key information as listed in the selected package.

The report contains incorrect or misleading details.

You did not receive your report within the promised delivery time (1 hour for standard, 30 minutes for premium).

You accidentally made duplicate payments for the same VIN.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:

You entered an incorrect VIN or vehicle details.

You change your mind after the report is delivered.

The report reflects actual vehicle issues, even if they are not favorable.

The package was delivered as described.
